TOOLSharp Cell Culture Media Exosome Extraction Kit

TOOLSharp Cell Culture Media Exosome Extraction Kit is specially designed for isolating the exosome, containing RNA and protein secreted by various types of cells, from the supernatant of cell culture media. Compared with the traditional ultra-speed centrifugation, the simple low-speed centrifugation involved in this reagent makes the exosome less affected by centrifugal stress, therefore more intact in morphology. Meanwhile, this product can save the experiment time, requires less input amount of sample, and with high isolation efficiency. The exosomes obtained by this product can be applied to a variety of downstream applications, such as RNA analysis, high-throughput sequencing, cell co-culture, etc.

Features
  1. High sensitivity: Suitable for extracting exosome from cells in culture media
  2. High yield and efficiency: low-speed centrifugation involved in this reagent makes the exosome less affected by centrifugal stress, therefore more intact in morphology.
  3. Convenient: Simple steps with no ultra-speed centrifugation needed
  4. Flexible: The amount of reagent need is only 1/3 of the sample amount and no sample amount limitation

Exosome quality results compared to competitor T and Ultracentrifuge method:

Q1. How can we extract miRNA and protein after using Tools Exosome Extraction Kit, respectively?
A: For miRNA, we suggest you use Toolsmart RNA Extractor. For protein, we suggest you use RIPA solution and add protease inhibitor

Q2. When we extract exosome using TOOLSharp Cell Culture Media Exosome Extraction Kit. After we treat the exosome with our chemicals, can we simply use your centrifugation protocol and extract our exosome?
A: We strongly suggest you use the whole kit to extract exosome again, including all the reagents and steps in our protocol. There will be a high chance you will not be able to extract your exosome by simply doing centrifugation step in our protocol
